S tier

starter-priority4x42026 starter videos list this as the first purchase, at 150, available immediately from the vehicle depot.

Player decision Buy it before a second rifle or any outfit. Skip the upgrade options.

starter-priorityDressing and bandageDressing is listed at 5 HP and bandage at 10 HP. Using the bandage after a dressing adds another 15 HP.

Player decision Carry both. Use the dressing first.

starter-priorityBasic optic for the M16A2Starter videos treat a basic optic on the M16A2 as the upgrade that matters more than replacing the gun.

Player decision Do this the same session you buy the 4x4.

A tier

starter-priorityM16A2The rifle new operators already have. Walkthroughs say to keep it for the first compounds.

Player decision Keep it until the M4A1 or AK-74M solves a problem the optic did not.

starter-priorityM4A1The early 5.56 carbine beginner weapon tours recommend when you move past the M16A2.

Player decision A first bought rifle, not a first purchase.

starter-priorityAK-74MThe other early general-purpose rifle in the same tutorials, cited for damage, velocity, and customization.

Player decision Pick this or the M4A1, not both, as the first paid primary.

D tier

starter-priorityCosmeticsUniforms, flags, and face paint are real options. They are the wrong first invoice.

Player decision Leave them until you can spare cash without touching medical supplies or the 4x4.

Is this the best-gun list?

No. S through D here means what to buy or keep in the first session. A rifle can be a strong later gun and still stay off this board.
